The newest member of the team will be at the Sky Lobby, located on the 23rd floor, greeting guests and complementing the hotel’s services with fun entertainment.

Curious and helpful, with big expressive eyes and realistic movements and gestures, Pepper is 1 meter and 20 cm and can discern the sex, approximate age and mood of a guest. By interacting naturally and intuitively, Pepper provides personalized communication by detecting facial, body and voice signals.
Able to answer specific questions about the hotel, give directions, tell stories, dance, and even pose for a selfie, Pepper brings a new vision of exceptional and friendly service to the hotel’s triple five-star category.
