Musical producer L.A Reid’s $18 Million mansion in Bel-Air, California
Antonio Reid, better known as LA Reid, chairman and CEO of Sony Music Epic, just bought a modern mansion in Bel-Air, California for $17.99 million (16 million euros), about $10 million (8.9 million euros) less than its original selling price, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Michelle Saniei, one of the estate agents of Hilton & Hyland, cited a confidentiality agreement not to disclose the buyer’s identity, but confirmed the price of this luxury mega mansion.
The house price has been hugely discounted since last August, when the property was listed at $27.5 million (24.6 million euros) by the luxury real estate agency The Agency. But then Hilton & Hyland decided to further reduce its price. According to reports, the luxurious mansion that was originally built in 2015 was finally sold last month.
The beautiful mega mansion has three floors which makes it a perfect palace with wonderful views of the city and the sea. It has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a built gym, a cinema with built-in bar, a wine cellar and three large spacious toilets along its 11,246-square-foot [1044.78 m2]. This style is certainly perfect for a first class producer like L.A Reid to relax or entertain his friends.
With a spacious entertainment area outdoor pool surrounded by views of the canyon and the sea, this elegant mansion mega is perfect for the large private parties of Epic Records that often have guests like artists Mariah Carey, Jennifer Lopez, Avril Lavigne, Outkast and Puff Daddy.
The 2,820 square feet [261.98 m2] outdoor space of the mansion include a kitchen and a bar, a finite pool edge and a wonderful spa. As if this were not enough, the luxurious three-story residence has a wine cellar with more than 300 bottles of wine and walls made of automated and retractable glass, creating a striking blurred vision effect between the exterior and the interior spaces.
