Eminem selling his huge private mansion in Rochester Hills, Michigan for the small sum of $2 million
Famous rapper, producer and actor Eminem has listed his sprawling mega estate in Rochester Hills, Michigan with a starting price considerably lower than the price he paid for it.
The rap star bought the property in 2003, for $ 4.8 million (4 million euros). The property is currently for sale for $ 1.999 million (1.6 million euros), according to Trulia.
The property encompasses 5.7 acres of wilderness land and includes a guest house and an entertainment cabin. The main residence extends 1,625 square meters [17,500 ft2] of living space, but the entire complex contains seven bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms.
A somewhat quirky mix of country flair and stark suburban mansion marks the interior. There are beautiful design elements and the materials are top notch – the hardwood floors that extend into the guest house, a separate two-story residence and fully self-contained, are very attractive. The entertainment cabin has a kitchen.
The exterior of the home contains stacked stone accents, a private pond, gardens, and decks. There’s a sports court on the property as well, but recreational amenities are dominated by the massive pool area, which incorporates stone decorations and contains a couple of spas.
Eminem bought the house when values were at their peak; Property values have never recovered from the 2008 market crash.
Eminem is the best-selling artist of the 2000s in the United States; he sold more than 172 million albums throughout his career.
