The Brazilian Emerald is a 12,000 square foot villa. Guests enter the entertainment floor through a rounded hallway, a striking curved bar is the centerpiece of the flower petal floor plan with tantalizing views of the sea and St Martin. One side of the room features a handmade stainless steel Blatt billiard table and the other a custom stainless steel and Brazilian wood gaming table. The balcony includes an 8′ x 45′ pool and a hot tub for 12. A complete home theater with TV, DVD player, and video projector system is also on this floor. Staff includes Housekeeping, Butler, Gardener and Night guard. There is dining to seat 14 and a gourmet kitchen with Chef Service at additional cost.
The villa has five en-suite bedrooms, two additional powder rooms make a total of seven bathrooms. The bedrooms are all located on one floor, along with an additional walk in closet and gym. The four guest bedrooms have views of the sea and St Martin and have a full en-suite with travertine marble and a specially designed vertical spa system and tub for two. Each bedroom has a TV and music system. Depending on the number of guests, each pair of guestrooms can be opened up to a large suite with bedroom and sitting room. A Pied A Terre, subject to availability, which can be rented by the other two houses on the premises, offers additional accommodation for up to four, ideal for teenagers, staff or a couple with children.
The master bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with travertine marble and raised ceilings, a jetted tub for two with TV and music and a walk-in shower for two. A private fourth floor balcony accessed by a private staircase includes a bar area, office, and optional crib. The complete wet bar has marble finishes and views of St Martin and the beach. The office is complete with a personal computer including Internet access, printer and an in villa fax machine for confidential faxes.
