Bulgari Presents Their Latest Megaproject: The “Luxury Resort & Residences” In Dubai

Adding even more elegance to the beautiful city of Dubai (capital of United Arab Emirates), Bulgari Hotels & Resorts has announced an agreement with Dubai-based real estate development company Meraas Holding for a new hotel that will open in 2017.

The luxurious property will be the fifth property of Bulgari Hotels & Resorts worldwide. Designed by the architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners, the mega project will have the shape of a titanic sea horse and will be located in the exclusive Jumeirah Bay island on the coast of Jumeirah Beach Road.

The luxurious 1.7 million square feet [157.935 m2] complex will be surrounded by lush gardens, a beautiful marina and a Bulgari yacht club, 20 residential villas, 100 rooms and suites, 165 apartments, eight penthouses, fifteen mansions and an amazing five-star hotel, all accompanied by a wide range of luxury services. All these are scheduled to be completed in just two years.

This mega project is addressed to the mega wealthy residents of Dubai. The Bulgari residences have already attracted the interest of rich investors from the Gulf, Europe, China and India. The project is the work of the famous Italian brand of jewelry and luxury goods that belongs to the French conglomerate LVMH.
