Finca Alaro Deluxe, a beautiful five bedroomed estate sleeping up to 12 persons including daily maid service and breakfast, is set in the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains near to the villages of Alaro and Santa Maria. Built in the traditional hacienda style the villa has an outdoor private swimming pool, large terraces and over three acres of cultivated gardens with secluded shady terraces and a Mirador at the highest part of the property. The elevated position of the villa provides a panoramic vista of the surrounding countryside, with an uninterrupted view looking out onto over 400 square kilometres of the central Mallorcan forests and mountains, and is also very close to one of Mallorca’s most famous restaurants featured many times by Rick Stein, and a must for lamb aficionados “Es Verger”.

This is an exclusive holiday retreat providing luxury accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 double bedrooms with further space for up to 4 guests in an adjacent one bedroomed studio apartment with bed settee (ideal for younger guests). Externally the house has a large swimming pool with spacious terraces, extensive gardens and a covered terrace which is the perfect location for alfresco lunches or suppers. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped office with Broadband connection, computer and printer.

The house contains four delightful double bedrooms, three of them are situated on the front of the house and benefit from the panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with ‘designer beds’ and luxury linen, all of them have fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower rooms or baths. Three are on the first floor and one on the ground floor. They all have en-suite bathrooms and all have a bath and shower bar one of them. There is also a wc cloackroom for added convenience on the ground floor. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned and the first floor rooms have their own balconies.
The studio apartment separate to the main house contains a living room with bathroom and a bedroom. This area is ideal for a family of four with 2 young children or grandparents.

In the main house the elegantly laid out open plan living areas are light, airy and spacious. Antique furnishings, rugs and candlelit chandeliers create a relaxed calm ambiance. The large open plan kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including electric hob and cooker, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, larder fridge,freezer and dishwasher together with everything else required to cater for you and your fellow guests. The utility room has an extra fridge for wine and drinks storage. If required a private chef is available to cook delicious lunches or suppers using locally sourced ingredients.

The gardens and terraces of the estate offer a feast of choices for guests. Three acres of cultivated gardens surround the house containing secluded and shady terraces, seating areas and a ‘mirador’ terrace at the highest point from which to enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Four water features,two streams and ponds bring the garden to life and add to the tranquillity and calmness of this very special location. The tranquil area where the swimming pool is an oasis surrounded by manicured lawns.

The central location of the villa enables easy access to other parts of Mallorca. The attractive mountain villages of Deia and Valdemossa are 30 minutes away by car. To the north the charming old town of Pollensa is a forty minute drive away, with Palma and Puerto Portals being thirty and forty minutes away respectively. The quaint villages of Alaro, Binisallem and Santa Maria are just a short drive away. If you can tear yourself away from the comfort, peace and tranquillity on offer here then Mallorca has a lot to offer.
