The Grace Bay Club in Turks and Caicos has just announced the Residences— a 2.2-acre community on a private beach about three miles from the larger 11-acre community of the Grace Bay Club. Upon its completion in 2014, the new enclave will consist of just three residential villas priced from $3.8 million. The 6,000-square-foot homes are being designed by local firm Coast Architects, whose past projects have included the nearby resorts Amanyara and Parrot Cay. Each of the villas will feature four bedrooms, four and a half baths, and a 2,600-square-foot outdoor area with a private deck, a shower, and an infinity pool. Oceanfront views, freestanding bathtubs, glass showers, 14-foot-high ceilings, and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances will be standard. Owners will have the option of renting their homes when they are not in residence, and they will receive services—concierge, in-room chefs, in-room spa treatments, and more—from the Grace Bay Club.
