The villa has a private pool with access to Sporting Club Marina di Fiori.
The beach of Marina di Fiori is quiet and shaded. It is close to the pool, tennis and club. It takes only a few minutes walk to the villa to the beach via a small private road that crosses the hill of Marina di Fiori.
