Wine Country’s Top Properties Team Up to Offer a Custom Getaway

Two of Northern California’s top destinations — Meadowood Napa Valley and the Farmhouse Inn in Sonoma’s Russian River Valley—have created a special Wintering in Wine Countries package that gives guests a taste of both wine-centric valleys. Available with some restrictions through June 27 ($3,000 per couple), the package includes two nights at each destination, and Meadowood and the Farmhouse Inn will each coordinate meals and customized wine-tasting itineraries at nearby vineyards. An itinerary might begin with breakfast at the Grill at Meadowood, followed by a late-morning tasting at D. R. Stephens Estate in St. Helena, or a tasting at Pride Mountain Vineyards on Spring Mountain with a picnic lunch prepared by the chefs at Farmhouse Inn. The package includes daily breakfast, a welcome bottle of local wine, and two 60-minute massages at each property. (707.963.3646, www.meadowood.com; 707.887.3300, www.farmhouseinn.com)
