On October 6 and 7, Vidanta Acapulco will host an unparalleled gastronomic experience that for the first time brings together the talent of chefs Rodolfo Castellanos and Gabriel Rodríguez, winners of the television program Top Chef México; and the distinguished chefs of Grupo Vidanta Alexis Bostelmann, Daniel Hernández, Rodrigo Alcocer and Francisco Pimentel, as well as the mixologist René Ramos.
Grupo Vidanta – leading developer of resorts and tourist infrastructures in Mexico and Latin America – brings together these chefs to offer two exclusive dinners for 100 people each at the resort’s Palacio Maya, located in the heart of the exclusive tourist area of Acapulco Diamond.
Diners will enjoy a variety of culinary offerings while having fun with the wide range of entertainment activities offered by the complex.
Each of the six chefs will have a station in which they will cook exquisite and original dishes with an exclusive selection of local ingredients.
Thus, chef Rodolfo Castellanos and Gabriel Rodríguez, winners of the first and second editions of the Top Chef México program respectively, together with Vidanta’s gastronomic team made up of Alexis Bostelmann, Vidanta corporate chef; Rodrigo Alcocer, pastry chef at Vidanta Riviera Maya; Daniel Hernández, executive chef and Francisco Pimentel, pastry chef, both from Vidanta Acapulco, will delight all diners with their creative proposals of savory and sweet menus. While the evening cocktails will be in charge of the outstanding mixologist René Ramos, who leads the bar team of the Vidanta Theater in the Riviera Maya.
