Located on the Upper East Side, on East 61st Street and Madison Avenue, the 1950s-era Carlton House, with its limestone-and-brick facade, has the kind of elegant appearance that only comes with age. All owners will have access to the Carlton House’s 24-hour concierge services, a lifestyle consultant, a 65-foot indoor pool, a fitness center, a game room, and private storage areas by late 2014 when the building is complete.
