Ideally sited between two golf courses and close to both South Beach and Bal Harbour, Peloro Miami Beach will offer 113 condominiums within a seven-story structure on a 1.2-acre lot, as well as boat slips at its own marina, when it opens in late 2014. The architecture firm Revuelta Vega Leon, known for its Miami-area high-rises (Jade, The Ivy, and Epic), is giving the building an arc-shaped design; a reflecting pool will bisect the building’s two halves. One- to three-bedroom units will range in size from 800 square feet to 2,300 square feet and include steam showers, Italian cabinetry, prewired smart home technology, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The building’s amenities will include a media room, fitness center and spa, rooftop decks, and a beach club program that will allow owners at the bayside development to access private amenities on the nearby beach.
